Weight Progress: 1/21/12

So I decided to take a break this week from working out. I was pretty tired and I didn’t want to do anything, so I’m resting my body. But good to know that I have literally gained NO weight. I was afraid that I gained a little bit, but to my surprise I’m the same. *whew* I’ve been eating pretty healthy all week and even when I ate not-so-healthy stuff, I ate it in moderation.
