Hello. I never know what to say on About pages, so I guess I will just start with my back story. In high school I was active. Playing basketball, running track, doing weight training. I was benching 135 lbs!! ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE people. And I weighed 130 – 135lbs. Fit, in shape, happy. Almost 10 years later and I am 40-50lbs over weight and I can barely rep 80lbs. That’s right. My highest weight was 184! All the fast food in college and eating seconds over the years has added on a lot of weight. I have a bigger bra size and pants size because of it. I HATE IT. Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t call myself “fat” by any means. I am just overweight and ready to get my body back to where it is supposed to be.
My goal? 145lbs.
The purpose of this blog is to keep myself motivated, keep track of my eating habits and workouts, and maybe help motivate someone else! I don’t know how fast I will lose this weight, but I am going to do it right. Eat healthy, workout regularly, and drink tons of water. This isn’t a diet. This is a life-changing decision that will keep my overall body healthy.
