    • Well a 10 second side plank… it would probably be best if you Google it so you can see a picture of the position you’ll be in. Basically you lay on your side, lift your body of the ground, and balance on one forearm and the side of your foot.

    I’m not new to core work but my push ups stink!! my upper body strength isn’t what it should be. Is there anything I might could do in the place of those??

    • If you do them on something elevated such as a coffee table or chair they’re easier, until you build up enough strength to do them on the floor. Or just do as many as you can and with some consistency you’ll get there eventually.

      • Great idea Kerry! When my upper body wasn’t that great (which wasn’t that long ago) I would do the modified version of a pushup where my knees touched the floor. That is also an option.

  4. I’m so excited to try this out…I have no core stregth so pretty much starting at zero. Is this a monthly thing? I saw some people comment about February…will there be an April also? Hope it works and see results at end of month to keep me motivated! Is there anything out there like this for inner thighs? Lol

I was sent the Feb Fab Ab on facebook, I am the only one that did it all month, I will tell you that I have seen results, and for those that have problems with pushups/sit ups use an exercise ball to add a little more to your workout but also help with doing the exercise without straining your back/knees etc. adds a little more to the exercise but also is easier.
