At Home Workout

Since ExerciseTV is gone and Tumblrgym removed most of their workout videos, I went back to this YouTube video I found that is pretty tough. It is mostly calisthenics, includes some weights for more advanced exercises, but it really brings your heart rate up if you’re a beginner… like ME!

This video also helped my satisfy my Fab Ab February workout for today! I’m sweating and I feel good!
